All returns must have a return authorization to qualify for a refund or exchange. 
We will cover the cost of return shipping if it's our error. Please make sure to return the product in the same condition as it was received and in the original packaging. Once we receive and process the returned item, we will notify you of your refund through email or phone call.
If you choose to call us, please have your order number readily available.

Please note that if you refuse to claim your shipped order or it's returned undeliverable, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges incurred and return charges. To qualify for a refund or exchange, all returns must have a return authorization.

For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 2-4 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution. After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:
