DSI UniTemp Clear is a temporary, resin-based, transparent cement used to cement temporary crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays, and as implant cement. The material is eugenol-free, making it especially suitable for people who are allergic to eugenol. DSI UniTemp Clear is packaged in a handy double barrel automix syringe. This results in a smooth, bubble-free consistency as well as direct and precise placement. Because it is translucent, DSI UniTemp Clear produces excellent esthetic results. Its carefully balanced formula provides strong adhesion while also allowing for easy removal when necessary. It also does not prevent resin-based materials from curing.
Furthermore, the cement is radiopaque and contains zinc oxide, which has bacteriostatic properties.
Indication
Indicated for retaining provisional restorations and temporary crowns.
