Shipping Method
We offer delivery to over 100 countries worldwide, with same-day dispatch for orders received before the cut-off time, and after payment has been received.
It is crucial that customers provide accurate address details during the order process to ensure prompt delivery.
Please note that packages must be signed for by an adult aged 18+ years upon delivery.
General Information
Once your order has been processed, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress. In the event that your package is held by customs, please note that we are not responsible for any delays that may occur. Additionally, in some countries, it may not be possible to track a registered package after it has crossed the country's border.
If an item you have ordered is not available, we will notify you via email. You will then have the option to put the item at the backorder and wait until the item is available or to cancel your order.
