Cervical former (metal tube with 6 mm inner diameter) - 1 pc

Retainer stopper - 1 pc

Intended Use:

The matrix bands are designed for the restoration of Class V cervical defects (according to Black’s classification) on the anterior teeth.

Instructions for Use:

1. Carefully roll the matrix band (without bending it) and insert it into the cervical former (a metal tube with a 6 mm inner diameter).

2. Adjust the length of the exposed part of the matrix band according to the size of the tooth. Trim the band edges for precise adaptation to the tooth shape.

3. Secure the matrix band inside the former using the stopper.

4. Perform the restoration while holding the former in one hand.
