The natural origin of DSI Zenoss Plus is structurally and chemically closer to the human bone matrix than any other synthesized product. DSI Zenoss Plus ensures complete biocompatibility, a high formation rate of the new bone, and also quick and easy soft tissue healing.
The material contains a special polymer, that causes the reversed thermoplasticity and allows the bone graft to stiffen at higher temperatures, it starts to harden at 25°C and becomes solid in the intraoral environment whereas at lower temperatures it reaches the consistency of a gel, becoming fluid at + 8 °C. This unique quality makes Zenoss Plus an ideal bone graft material, ensuring fast application and easy handling.
DSI Zenoss Plus is ready to use bone-in syringe that allows for achieving immediate stability inside the defect after the placement and provides you with full control over the material viscosity.
This material is designed to fill the missing bone space and encourage new bone tissue growth. Bovine bone is considered a safe and very effective material for bone grafting with dental implants.
DSI Zenoss Plus is sterilized by gamma-ray and contains no cellular elements. This eliminates the risk of any disease or unfortunate contamination. It is considered the highest-grade bone substitute in dental bone regeneration – meeting the requirements of clinicians for predictable outcomes.
DSI Zenoss has no risk of cross-contamination.Indications:

How to use:
Remove the sterile pre-loaded syringe from the packaging and hydrate it with the patient’s blood or sterile normal saline. With the cap left on the syringe, immerse the tip of the syringe in the fluid, pull up on the plunger to draw the fluid into the syringe, and push down on the plunger to expel excess fluid or air bubbles. Pull and push action should be repeated until the material is fully hydrated.
Once ready, remove the perforated cap and deliver the hydrated granules to the defective site. In any case, to assure the formation of new bone, the Zenoss graft should only be placed in direct contact with well-vascularized bone. The cortical bone should be mechanically perforated. The operative site is closed by joining together the wound edges (coaptation) with suture stitches. If it is impossible to achieve complete wound closure, make a contouring flap or close the wound with the Syntoss / Zenoss membrane.
