DSI Ultrasil Bite is a highly reliable bite registration material, regarded as one of the best impression materials available. This quick-setting product is made from vinyl polysiloxane addition-curing silicone and is known for its exceptionally high final hardness. Its excellent thixotropy properties give it a light mousse consistency that stays in place, even for interdental impressions. Additionally, its superior detail retention ensures it does not compress or flex during model mounting, hardening once set. DSI Ultrasil Bite is suitable for dual-phase, monophase, and double impression techniques.
With a Shore A hardness of 91, DSI Ultrasil Bite has a working time of 20 seconds and sets in 30 seconds. It can be precisely trimmed using a rotary instrument. Intraorally, the bite registration can be quickly verified. The fast hardening process is comfortable for patients, minimizing the risk of distortion. Moreover, this material is easy to remove from the mouth, ensuring efficient handling and maximum accuracy.
