DSI Pilot Round Bur is used for the expansion of the initial socket in cases of hard bone. By enlarging the socket you gain the ability to work with more convenience and get better results.

The bur is built from high-quality stainless steel and delivers high cutting power, corrosion resistance, and reliability even after numerous uses and autoclave cycles. The bur is made with a Latch-Type RA connection and fits any contra-angle handpiece.
