DSI Lateral Approach Sinus Reamer is designed specifically for perforation of the lateral wall. The special design allows precise perforation of a lateral window or expansion of an existing one. The drill can be used at an angle, using reciprocation movements, or as a regular straightforward cutting. Using this drill not only does not damage the membrane but also gives you more working space, thanks to the angle approach.
A special nano-particle diamond coating and the complete absence of sharp edges ensure safe bone cutting and prevent sinus membrane damage.
Thanks to the special materials and advanced design the drill has minimum vibration and heat generation during the rotation.
