DSI Bone Expander Drills work by compressing the bone rather than cutting it, allowing for controlled expansion without the risk of damaging surrounding tissues. This technique helps to create a more stable and secure foundation for the dental implant. Those drills allow socket preparation for an immediate implantation. The drill's diameters are perfectly compatible with most implant diameters available in the market.
